Seasonal Espresso Martini

A Seasonal Espresso Martini cocktail is a perfect combination of hot espresso, shaken with vodka, coffee liqueur and sent soaring with some seasonal spices. It's a boozy, sophisticated cocktail with a caffeine kick - perfect for the festive season.

Ingredients

  • - 50ml Vodka
  • - 1 shot of Espresso
  • - 25ml Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua or Tia Maria)
  • - 1 teaspoon of Agave Syrup
  • - Cinnamon to sprinkle
  • - Coffee beans to garnish
  • - Ice

Preparation

  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • 2. Pour over the vodka, espresso shot, coffee liqueur, and agave syrup.
  • 3. Shake for about 20 seconds or until the outside of your shaker becomes cold.
  • 4. Strain the liquid into a chilled martini glass.
  • 5. Lightly sprinkle some cinnamon on top for that seasonal touch.
  • 6. Garnish with a few coffee beans on top.
  • 7. Serve immediately while it's cold.
